Is er een limiet aan het aantal verzoeken dat ik kan hebben?
Als je eenmaal bent geabonneerd, kun je zoveel ontwerpaanvragen aan je wachtrij toevoegen als je wilt, en ze worden één voor één afgeleverd.
Hoe snel ontvang ik mijn ontwerpen?
Gemiddeld worden de meeste aanvragen in slechts drie dagen of minder voltooid. Complexere aanvragen kunnen echter langer duren.
Wat ontvang ik binnen 72/48 uur?
Typische aanvragen worden gemiddeld binnen 48 uur bezorgd. Dit omvat een merkconcept, een landingspagina, een verzameling sociale sjablonen, enz. Als een aanvraag veel groter is, verwacht dan elke 24 uur de producten te ontvangen totdat de volledige aanvraag is voltooid.
Wie zijn de ontwerpers?
Het zal je misschien verbazen om dit te lezen, maar hotpotato is eigenlijk een agentschap van één. Dit betekent dat je rechtstreeks met mij samenwerkt, oprichter van Hotpotato. Verzoeken zoals animaties of aangepaste illustraties en complexe codering worden echter ingediend door partnerontwerpers.
Hoe ga je om met grotere aanvragen?
Grotere verzoeken worden aan onze kant opgesplitst. Dit is van toepassing op volledige website- of mobiele app-ontwerpen, UI/UX-werk, enz. U mag verwachten dat u elke 24-48 uur een redelijke hoeveelheid werk ontvangt totdat het volledige verzoek is voltooid.
Zijn er terugbetalingen als ik de service niet goed vind?
Vanwege de hoge kwaliteit van het werk wordt er geen restitutie verleend.
