Customer Feedback Automation via ERP Integration

For Alfa NV, an automated customer feedback flow was set up to collect valuable insights after each completed project. Customers are invited to share their experience through a clearly designed survey built in Webflow, with a strong focus on user experience, accessibility and ease of use.
All survey results are automatically processed and centralized within the ERP system AFAS. A custom low-code integration using Make ensures feedback is linked to the correct project data via a seamless API connection, without manual intervention.
This end-to-end integration creates a consistent feedback loop that delivers actionable customer insights while significantly reducing administrative workload. The addition of a smart Google review prompt further increased online reviews, strengthening trust, brand credibility and overall online visibility.
